- Preparation: spot sanding of patched areas
- Priming: dedicated PVA drywall primer over new drywall — prevents uneven paint absorption
- Topcoats: 2 coats of moisture-resistant satin or semi-gloss bathroom paint (mildew-resistant, formulated for high-humidity areas)
- Trim: painting trimmed baseboards

Multi-visit drywall finishing (mud drying between coats) is billed at a flat rate — no hourly surprises. Optional painting added: $1,350.00 total.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined
responsibilities and scope of work.
Scope: All work described in the Included Scope above. Any work not listed is not
included unless agreed in writing.
Structural excluded: header reinforcement, joist repairs, subfloor sheet
replacement, engineering, foundation modifications.
Owner supplies: none — this estimate is materials-inclusive.
Paint: optional add-on at $600.00 (materials included). Drywall
is delivered Level 4 paint-ready with PVA primer applied either way.
Notes:
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
Warranty:
**12 months workmanship.
